ERS recently obtained its Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certifcation and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification with the Georgia Unified Certification Program.  It’s a collaborative effort between the Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) providing a joint process for minority certification.

ERS now has greater exposure to state and local procurement officials and private sector suppliers, thereby increasing its prime and subcontracting opportunities.

Georgia Mentor Protégé Program

Executive Realty Solutions (ERS) received its acceptance into the 2018 Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection! The Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection (MPC) is a business development program administered by the Georgia Education Foundation (GEF) in partnership with the Department of Economic Development and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

MPC provides opportunities for Georgia small businesses to benefit from a partnership with a corporate mentor for a period of one year. Emerging firms can build relationships, explore new technologies, learn about best practices, and benefit from the wisdom of corporate executives who are committed to the long-term health and overall growth of small businesses in Georgia.

ERS is inducted into a distinguished program. Their assigned corporate mentor for the 2018 programs is Iberia Bank. The mentor corporations are companies that are headquartered in Georgia or have a significant presence in the state. These mentor firms are leaders in their respective industries and are committed to small business development and supplier diversity.

The Atlanta BeltLine Project

Executive Realty Solutions (ERS) obtained a subcontracting opportunity with Red Rock Global, LLC. RRG is a full-service commercial real estate company that is focused on urban communities with diverse constituencies, and broad, often difficult, real estate needs.

RRG needed a dependable partner to service a large parcel of land on the Atlanta BeltLine.  They engaged Executive Realty Solutions (ERS) for the subcontract because ERS has a high quality standard for implementing, servicing and completing projects. RRG knew ERS could execute and deliver on this large scale opportunity within compliance and on time.  The companies have shared a mutual business relationship for over nine years.
